We are running 2 dual table Baca saw jets with tilt tables. There seem to be a number of fabricators out there running 2 as well. Its interesting to benchmark and see whats possible with the 4 tables. Obviously there are a number of factors, like how much jet vs blade, type of material, thickness, scribe, when you do your maintenance, etc. However, it seems like 60-65 finished sqft of countertop per hour, per Baca is what we are seeing in our shop. That equates to us cutting about 1300 sqft of finished countertop with 2 Bacas in a 10 hour shift. We should probably be able to load and unload that with 2-3 people who dont leave the area? What are you guys seeing?
