What feed rates are you seeing with your tooling? Is anyone pushing above the 250 mark?

We are running 2 dual table Baca saw jets with tilt tables. There seem to be a number of fabricators out there running 2 as well. Its interesting to benchmark and see whats possible with the 4 tables. Obviously there are a number of factors, like how much jet vs blade, type of material...

We are getting about 15 sqft finished per hour off of our titans. Is that what most people see? Mostly 3cm and we are using high speed tooling and a zoller. Sink cutouts done on the sawjet. Back grinding the seams.

Does anyone else have tilt tables? How often do you change your rubber out? Are you having issues with slabs breaking or popping? We are trying a new solution for one of our tables with plastic.

I was talking with Josh the owner of San Luis Marble today. He is uses the new Tibaut cnc saw that has a finger bit, blade, core bit and jigsaw blade to replace the water jet. Seems to be an interesting solution. Anyone else using this machine?
